Tabata

Developed by Japanese scientist Izumi Tabata, the Tabata workout consists of four-minute intervals. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest; then repeated seven time (for a total of eight sets) in four minutes. Make this high intensity workout even more challenging with a Power Plate machine!
